She holds MRCS (ENT), Edinburgh, UK, and completed a Fellowship in Vertigo and Balance Disorders conducted by Yenepoya Medical College, Karnataka.
Her clinical interests include ear and hearing disorders, sinus and nasal disease, throat and voice conditions, vertigo and balance disorders, swallowing assessment, paediatric ENT, sleep-related breathing concerns, and neck, thyroid and salivary gland conditions.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Urvashi Singh has been involved in teaching, research and academic ENT work. She has published in national and international journals and has contributed chapters to ENT and paediatric medical textbooks.
During her academic tenure at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research, she was involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, clinical training, departmental research and patient-care audits.
She also has a special interest in swallowing disorders and has worked with multidisciplinary teams for patients with swallowing difficulty, aspiration risk and post-stroke swallowing concerns.
